Your handbook, without another tool
Enclessa Spaces is the module for what somebody writes down that is not attached to a record: a handbook, a runbook, a policy, meeting notes. Pages are Markdown in a tree, carry the files they need, keep every version, and are shared per space at read, write or manage — with any page, and everything under it, narrowed further to the people who should see it. Search covers the full text and never returns a page the reader may not open.

Who can see a page?
The people the space is handed to, at the level they were given — read, write or manage — and, where a page has been narrowed, only the people named on it, for that page and everything beneath it. Search runs the same check, so a restricted page does not leak through a result title or a snippet.
- A space handed to people or teams, at read, write or manage
- A page and its subtree narrowed to the people who should see it
- Full-text search that never returns a page the reader may not open
- Backlinks show which pages point at the one you are reading
What happens when a page changes?
A new version is kept and the old one stays restorable, so a page is never lost to an over-eager edit. A renamed or moved page keeps its old address working, which is what keeps links in chat, mail and other pages from going stale.
- Every version kept, and any one restorable
- A rename or a move that leaves the old address working
- Attachments stored with the page that needs them
- An AI agent connected by the person can read and write pages, and never delete them
What it does not do
Stated here rather than discovered after signing up.
- Spaces is a module an administrator switches on for the organisation. It is included in the Business plan and above.
- There is no real-time co-editing. When two people save the same page, the second save is refused rather than silently overwriting the first.
- It is a knowledge base, not a document suite: there are no spreadsheets, slides or office-file editing.

Questions
Spaces: common questions
- Yes, as an optional module called Spaces. It holds Markdown pages in a tree with attachments, keeps every version, shares per space or per page, and searches the full text without ever returning a page the reader may not open.
- Yes. A page — and everything under it — can be narrowed to specific people or teams on top of the space’s own sharing, and search respects the restriction.
- Not simultaneously. There is no live co-editing; if two people save the same page, the second save is refused, so nothing is overwritten unnoticed.
