Questions about the free plan
- Use Enclessa free with up to 10 active members. Get channels, threads, encrypted direct messages, video calls with screen sharing, 90 days of searchable history, and apps for web, macOS and Windows. No payment card is required, and the plan does not expire.
- Free has no expiry and needs no payment card. Paid plans have a separate 14-day trial; if it ends without a subscription, the organisation returns to Free with its data. We can discontinue the free plan with 30 days’ notice (terms § 2 (3)).
- Up to 10 active members. Bots, guests and deactivated accounts do not count.
