Bots, guests and deactivated accounts are not counted as seats. Enterprise is a dedicated deployment, quoted per agreement. Prices exclude VAT. Enclessa is offered only to businesses, public bodies and other organisations acting professionally (§ 14 BGB), not to consumers, and is in open beta: features may change and no uptime commitment applies during the beta.
