Module · requires Customers
One secure address per client
Enclessa Customer Center is the module that gives a customer’s own people one address of their own: they sign in by an emailed link, never a password, and see what the organisation has shared with them and nothing else. There they download and sign documents published from the customer record, work through a guided onboarding at their own pace, book appointments where Bookings is installed, and every read, upload and signature is recorded against the person who made it.

What does a client actually see?
Only what was shared with them. A contact on the customer record is invited and signs in with a link sent to their email address; the link is short-lived and the session ends on its own. Behind that address there is no product to explore — just the documents, the onboarding steps and the appointments that belong to their company.
- Sign-in by emailed link: the link expires in minutes, a session in hours
- Documents published from the customer record, downloaded by the client
- Uploads from the client, scanned like every other file
- Changes a client suggests to their own details, which somebody inside approves
How do signing and onboarding work?
A document can ask to be signed, and the signature is recorded with the evidence that backs it: who signed, how they signed in, when, on which device, and a fingerprint of exactly the document they saw. An onboarding is a sequence of steps — questions to answer, files to provide, documents to sign — that the client works through in their own time while the organisation sees how far they have got.
- Documents signed in the portal, with the evidence kept beside them
- Guided onboarding journeys the client completes at their own pace
- Appointments booked from the portal, where Bookings is installed
- Every read, upload and signature recorded against the person
What it does not do
Stated here rather than discovered after signing up.
- Customer Center is a module an administrator switches on for the organisation, and it requires the Customers module. It is included in the Business plan and above.
- A signature here is a simple electronic signature under eIDAS. It is neither an advanced nor a qualified electronic signature, so a document that legally requires one must be signed elsewhere.
- It is a portal for documents, onboarding and appointments, not a support desk or a shop: clients cannot open tickets or pay invoices here.
