Module · switch on per organisation
Meetings your team actually keeps
Enclessa Calendar is the module that holds the organisation’s meetings: events with attendees who answer, recurrence, rooms that can be booked and reminders. It finds free time across several people at once, taking their working hours, their approved absences and their booked appointments into account, keeps a person’s Google, Microsoft 365 or CalDAV calendar in step in both directions, and can attach a video call to an event so the meeting link is never a separate step.

How does it find a time that works?
By asking every calendar that has an opinion. Pick the people, and the finder lays their working hours, their booked events, the appointments visitors made through Bookings and the absences approved in Time over one another, and offers the slots that are left. It shows that somebody is busy, never what they are busy with.
- Free time across several people, their working hours and their absences
- Busy is shown as busy: the event behind it stays private
- Rooms that can be booked like a person can be invited
- Recurrence that survives a change of clocks, and one occurrence changed alone
What about the calendar I already use?
Each person connects their own Google, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com or CalDAV calendar — iCloud, Nextcloud or Fastmail, for example — and events are read and written there, so a meeting moved on the phone is moved here too. For anything that cannot connect, a calendar can be published as an .ics feed, and an event goes out as an .ics attachment somebody outside can import.
- Two-way sync with Google, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com and CalDAV
- A subscribable .ics feed, which an administrator can switch off
- An event can carry a video call, so the link is part of the invitation
- Every other module’s dates drawn beside your own, read-only
What it does not do
Stated here rather than discovered after signing up.
- Calendar is a module an administrator switches on for the organisation. It is included in the Business plan and above.
- Microsoft calendars are synchronised by polling rather than pushed, so a change made in Outlook can take a few minutes to appear here.
- A subscription feed is a link without a sign-in, by design: anybody holding it can read that calendar. An organisation that cannot accept that switches feeds off.

Calendar: common questions
- Yes, as an optional module. Enclessa Calendar holds events with attendees, recurrence, bookable rooms and reminders, finds free time across several people including their absences, and syncs with Google, Microsoft 365 and CalDAV calendars in both directions.
- Yes. Each person connects their own Google, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com or CalDAV account, and events are read and written in both directions. Microsoft calendars are polled rather than pushed, so changes there arrive with a short delay.
- Yes, when the Time module is installed. Approved absences block the slot alongside working hours and booked events, and the finder shows only that somebody is unavailable, not why.
