Compliance export, explained
Regulated sectors — financial services in particular — are often required to supervise and retain business communications, and they do so with dedicated archiving platforms. Those platforms ingest specific formats, of which Actiance XML and various CSV layouts are the common ones. An export that produces something else, however complete, does not satisfy the requirement.
How Enclessa uses it
Enclessa provides a full organisation data export in open formats today, available at any time — the exit is a button rather than a negotiation. An administrator can also request a compliance export of the managed rooms for a date range, as JSON Lines and CSV with a signed manifest. Actiance XML and scheduled delivery are not built. Enclessa does not describe the two as the same capability.
